They also know doing it on your own isn’t the best choice. Iron sharpens iron. A leader needs others, outside of their situation who can think strategically, see clearly and provoke questions that lead to better outcomes.

Change doesn’t happen on its own. It needs a catalyst. Going faster and further are both done best with others.
